Susan Walbrook, Co-Founder

Susan

With 26 years in the fashion industry as a Senior Womenswear Designer, Susan Walbrook worked with some of the biggest high-street brands, shaping trends and leading creative design. After experiencing burnout in 2018, caused by imposter syndrome and self-doubt, she made the difficult decision to step away from the industry.

Determined to help others facing similar challenges, she co-founded The Creative Space Coaching in 2020. Since then, she has been coaching highly creative professionals working at top design agencies, studios, and fashion houses—including LVMH and YSL—who struggle with the pressures of self-doubt, perfectionism, and creative confidence. Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and mentorship, she has helped designers and creatives reclaim their self-belief and thrive in their careers.

As a speaker and mentor, she has focused on creative mindset, overcoming imposter syndrome, and building confidence in the fashion and design industries. She is an Associate Lecturer UAL London College of Fashion.
