Susan Walbrook

With 26 years in the fashion industry as a Senior Womenswear Designer, I worked with some of the biggest high-street brands, leading creative teams in high-pressure environments where outward confidence was often expected. But privately, I was battling crippling self-doubt, perfectionism and a paralysing inner voice that eventually led to burnout.

In 2020, I co-founded The Creative Space Coaching, working with highly creative professionals working across agencies, studios and fashion houses including LVMH and YSL - people who looked capable on the outside, but privately questioned themselves far more than anyone realised.

Today, as Founder of Trust Your Creative, I work with leaders, founders and creative professionals through coaching, workshops and leadership conversations focused on self-doubt, pressure and learning to trust yourself when the room is watching.
